A 70,000 sf, 2-story facility built for the purpose of building rally cars and housing their managing teams – most notably Subaru Rally Team. Project included departments for the manufacturing process including engine dyno, composites, assembly shop, parts department, fabrication, wash bay, tractor trailer storage bays, and office and reception.
