With 35 years of construction experience, Brian provides continuity from project planning through construction and assures that the appropriate resources are available for the project.
His involvement begins with a project’s planning phase and continues through purchasing of subcontracts. Brian employs best practices and lessons learned to lead the team in making informed decisions. His active role in collaborating with his team ensures client satisfaction. His extensive experience enables him to successfully maintain a high level of personal commitment to excellence.
Doug is a strong advocate of teamwork and accountability, proving to be an asset to any project team.
He is responsible for subcontracts, RFIs, schedule, submittals, change management, and project closeout. He works closely with the estimator and project executive from beginning to end of a project, managing bid packages, permitting, buyout, cost tracking and projection, scheduling, and document control. Doug ensures all facets of a project are tracked, documented, and clearly communicated to the client for a successful project.
