Barry Callebaut Addition & Renovation

A project consisting of an addition to the existing chocolate manufacturing plant and totaled 30,000 sf on the ground floor and a 17,000 sf mezzanine. Completion of the work was coordinated and work overlapped with the installation of the owners manufacturing equipment allowing the owner to begin production earlier.
