Sand Lake Animal Clinic

PeakCM was brought in on Sand Lake Animal Clinic's expansion project during the design development phase. PeakCM provided design assist services as well as design build contracting for the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection trades. The multiphase project was structured so that the clinic could remain open and fully functional during construction. A portion of the old clinic was demolished before a 3,500 sf addition was built. Once the new addition was done, the client moved in to that space while renovation was done to the existing building. The project included significant medgas requirements, as well as modifications to the existing imaging suite.
