Campus wide improvements, maintenance, and modifications based on local and state building and health codes, including but not limited to: Roof Repairs, Exterior Envelope Repairs, Parking Lot Improvements and Repairs, HVAC modification and repair, Electrical repairs, Electrical Thermographic Reports, Moisture Mitigation, Doors & Hardware upgrades. PeakCM provided full management and coordination of Miami Dade required 40/50 year mandatory inspections. This included permitting, design, corrections and construction remediation to satisfy all requirements.
