Steward Healthcare RRMC Entry Renovation

PeakCM was brought in on Steward Healthcare's Rockledge Regional Medical Center entry renovation project to replace another GC who was over budget. PeakCM managed permitting, construction, and closeout. The project was completed in 3 phases to maintain patient emergency egress. PeakCM erected a temporary pedestrian tunnel utilizing scaffolding, light gauge metal framing, and drywall to allow the hospital to use the main entrance, even while heavy demolition and construction occurred above. Despite severe deterioration of the existing building discovered during construction, PeakCM completed the project on time and on budget.
