Steward Healthcare - Rockledge Electrophysiology Lab Renovation Phase I

Renovation of an existing space to become a second electro-physiology suite for the hospital utilizing the latest Philips Azurion equipment. Construction occurred while the surrounding floor and building was occupied, complying with class IV ICRA precautions. PeakCM coordinated major MEP items between the design team and Philips equipment group that were not accounted for by the original design team. Due to the age of the building, several structural surprises were discovered and worked through with the design team.
